| On our 25th wedding anniversary. Kevin was in the midst of round two of chemotherapy treatments. The cancer that started in his throat had metastasized to his sinus cavity, pressing on his optic nerve causing double vision that could only be solved by wearing an eye patch. |

| New Year's Eve, 1982. We met earlier that year when we both worked at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. This is at the hotel during their NYE party. We had a series of break-ups and make-ups before getting married in 1984. |
